Bar Dancing

People who are looking to have a good time might be interested in Chicagoland strippers tat take off their clothes and show you exotic dancing.  Latin female strippers and other Chicagoland exotic dancers are all over to show you how to have fun.  If you are interested in exotic dancing, you might be interested in know that two Mandan bar owners will have to wait a little longer to find out if exotic dancers will be able to work again in downtown Mandan.

After hearing arguments from attorneys for the city of Mandan, the Silver Dollar Bar and Tree City Lounge, South Central District Judge Robert Wefald will wait to prepare their idea.

 

Additionally, the exotic dancing at the two bars was ordered by the court to end Sept. 9, 2005. They have continued to operate without the dancing while awaiting a final decision on whether or not the city acted within its authority when it enacted ordinances regulating exotic dancing.   

 

The arguments center around three ordinances voted on and passed by Mandan residents in 2003. Ordinance 961 does not allow businesses with exotic dancing to have liquor licenses. Ordinance 963 requires businesses that offer exotic dancing to be in industrial areas and at least 500 feet from residential areas. Ordinance 964 established a licensing process for businesses that offer exotic dancers, as well as managers and the dancers themselves.

 

The attorney for Silver Dollar owner Luke Berger and Tree City owner McCrothers Corp., said business at both bars has suffered since the dancing stopped. He said the bars have had to terminate several employees, as well. Before the ordinances were enacted, the Silver Dollar had offered exotic dancing for 22 years. Tree City did for 14 years.

Tree City Bar owners could not be reached for comment.
